Real Estate Bios. Kinda like cardboard–stiff and bland. So instead of boasting about awards & accomplishments you’re not interested in, let’s start with real answers to questions that are important to YOU:

1) Are you familiar with the area? Yes. After relocating to NC from Texas in 2001, I quickly fell in love with all things Carolina. I’ve lived in Durham, Cary, Raleigh, and currently reside in “Tha Sprangs” (Holly Springs). I’ve helped clients find homes all over this gorgeous state of ours!

2) Will you return my calls, emails, and texts? Yes. Without question. I realize this is a major frustration most of us have nowadays and this is a priority for me.

3) What are you like to work with? I’m honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. And if you need a quick real estate brain or a strong dose of honesty, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, friends, and my community is one of my core values. Caveat–if you’re standing in between my clients and their real estate goals–Underestimate me. That will be fun.

4) What are you really good at? On a personal level, I’m a pretty fantastic dog mom to two rescues, an “ok-ish” rugby coach to my daughter and her teammates, and an amazing wife to a man I met on a plane 19 years ago. On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I’ve developed over the years: *Listening. Unfortunately, it’s a lost art these days. *Patience. This job is not for the faint of heart and yet I tend to excel here. And lastly, *Negotiation. Bring.It.On.
