Katelin Walpole

As a Durham native, I couldn’t be prouder of my hometown and its thriving real estate market.  After traveling and living in NY for a few years, it was an easy decision to move back home and settle down in the Bull City.

In 2016, the home-buying process made me realize a career in real estate was exactly what I was looking for, combining my love of houses (deeply instilled by a family of carpenters and homebuilders) with my many years of hospitality experience.  I quickly discovered that there is nothing more fulfilling and rewarding than turning clients into friends, and then helping them find the home of their dreams. 

Outside of real estate, you can find me working on my 1930s bungalow, walking my rescue terriers at the Eno River, or out on my bike enjoying all the restaurants, breweries, and events that our beautiful city has to offer.
