I get goosebumps when my clients walk into a home and say “This is it!” But I can almost sense it before they say it. That’s because I’m hyper tuned-in to my clients. What exactly are you looking for? What could make a house your home? How do you value space and what will a new home be for you and mean to you? I want to know!
If you’re selling your home, I want to appreciate its history, your memories, how the house served (or didn’t serve) your needs, and why you’re ready to say goodbye now. Knowing all of these things will help me attract its next owner.
I live in Raleigh and work with folks all over the Triangle. I grew up outside Washington, DC, spent 6 years of my adult life living in England, and have lived in NC for 13 wonderful years. I’m a parent to two college-aged children and have three rescue dogs who keep me on my toes. Prior to becoming a real estate agent I was a psychotherapist, and I’m glad to still get to use my listening and communication skills as a realtor. Outside of real estate, I love riding my bike on the Greenway or ATT, finding a new restaurant or brewery to try, and playing pickleball.
Let’s face it: real estate transactions can be a bit… stressful?! I’ve got your back. I absolutely love working through the emotional ups and the downs, the questions and the answers on pricing and strategy, the ins and outs of the local market, the back and forth of negotiations, and then finally the joy of crossing the finish line. What an honor it is to be with you through all of this!
