Core to Inhabit Real Estate’s mission is to support the Triangle community through individual and firm volunteerism with local nonprofits and charitable organizations by means of board and committee work, service commitments, and financial support.
We are proud of our team for their intentional giving and sharing with the disadvantaged, marginalized, and underserved. One of our team’s most impactful forms of volunteerism is through our annual Karma Keg event, which raises money and creates visibility for hand-selected, top-quality nonprofits in the region!
Karma Keg 2026
What is Karma Keg?
Inhabit Real Estate's annual Karma Keg brings the Triangle community together for a night of drinks, good vibes, and real impact. We invite local nonprofits to join us, give them a platform in front of engaged community members, and celebrate the incredible work they're doing right here in the Triangle.
Every drink purchase earns a digital vote for a participating nonprofit. At the end of the night, the top nonprofits with the most votes each receive a cash prize.
This year's prizes:
1st Place — $5,000
2nd Place — $3,000
3rd Place (3 winners) — $1,000 each
