I come to Inhabit with a background in leading teams across retail, real estate, and most recently as a Director of Operations for an accounting firm focused on startups. My work centers around bringing structure to fast-moving businesses by building scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and turning operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights that support smarter decision-making and sustainable growth.
I’m naturally observant—quiet at first, but always paying attention. I have a strong instinct for pattern recognition and systems thinking, which allows me to quickly identify inefficiencies, uncover root causes, and create smarter ways of working. I’m especially energized by process optimization, automation, financial visibility, and building operational frameworks that not only solve today’s problems, but prevent tomorrow’s.
I genuinely enjoy organizing information and translating financial and operational data into insights that help leadership make confident, strategic decisions. If there’s a messy process to untangle, a spreadsheet to build, or an SOP to refine, I’m probably in my happy place.
Originally from Vermont, I relocated to North Carolina in 2007 and now call Mebane home. As a recent empty nester, I live with my husband, our two dogs, and our Sphynx cat.
Outside of work, I enjoy slowing things down—watching movies, playing board games, going to concerts, and traveling whenever we can. I value meaningful experiences, authentic connection, and making time for what matters most.
