I’ve proudly called Chapel Hill and Durham home since 1995, and over the past 13 years in real estate, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and character that make the Triangle such a special place to live. I have also had the privilege of raising two awesome kids from birth to adulthood here, which has given me an even deeper connection to the community, schools, and families that make this area feel like home. I bring a family-first attitude to every client relationship and work hard to make the buying or selling process feel comfortable, informed, and as stress-free as possible.
I believe real estate is ultimately about people and relationships. Whether I’m helping first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, or investors, my goal is always to provide honest guidance, strong communication, and attention to detail every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, I’m a longtime fan of the Durham Bulls and the North Carolina Tar Heels — and yes, I still call it the “new” Bulls stadium. I enjoy hunting for vintage treasures, appreciate homes with history and character, and I’m not afraid of dark and dingy crawl spaces if it means helping clients better understand a property from top to bottom.
For me, real estate is more than buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people put down roots and create a place where life happens.
